Rocky Pool - Level 2

Fun technical walk down into the valley of Kalamunda National Park via Rocky Pool

**IMPORTANT- THIS HIKE BEGINS AND FINISHES IN DIFFERENT PLACES. The hiking team will have a car organised at the end point and they will ferry you back to our starting place by car! This may not be a suitable hike if you need specific equipment in the car for yourself or the participant.

We start at Fern Road and follow the Bibbulmun track into the Kalamunda National Park. We make our way to the top of the valley, where you will get incredible views of the range and the cliffs! We then descend into the valley, with some technical manoeuvring from the hiking leaders. It’s great fun. Rest at a clifftop view of Rocky Pool- a picturesque swimming hole surrounded by granite boulders. We suggest packing a snack as this is one of our longer hikes. The Rocky Pool Walk is a perfect choice for those looking to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of Western Australia. We then follow the track out via the valley floor with a few hills, and back to the carpark at Schipps Road.
